September 28, 2024: West Roxbury, MA 02132 The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Catholic Memorial Knights (West Roxbury, MA) and the visiting Leominster Blue Devils (Leominster, MA), witnessed Catholic Memorial's football squad wallop Leominster by a tally of 43-6.
The Knights (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against New Bedford (New Bedford, MA). The Whalers enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, New Bedford was trounced by Weymouth (South Weymouth, MA), 21-0, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Blue Devils battle the Westford Academy Grey Ghosts (Westford, MA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 7. Leominster will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Grey Ghosts enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 44-28 non-league loss to Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA).
