New York High School Football - Olean thwarted by Falconer
September 28, 2024: Olean, NY 14760 Falconer Golden Falcons (Falconer, NY) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Olean Huskies (Olean, NY), 27-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Falconer improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Golden Falcons host Fredonia (Fredonia, NY) to play the Hillbillies in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 5. The Hillbillies go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Huskies now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Maryvale for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 3. Olean will play a Flyers team coming off a 18-12 non-league win over Alden (Alden, NY). The Flyers record now stands at 2-2.
