Connecticut High School Football - New Canaan thwarted by Masuk
September 28, 2024: Monroe, CT 06468 Masuk Panthers (Monroe, CT) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT), 26-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Masuk improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Panthers host Bunnell (Stratford, CT) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 5. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 0-1.
The Rams now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Ludlowe for a non-league battle on Monday, October 7. New Canaan will play a Falcons team coming off a 28-6 non-league win over Notre Dame (West Haven, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 2-1.
