Kentucky High School Soccer - Francis Parker toppled by Meade County
September 28, 2024: Brandenburg, KY 40108 Meade County Green Waves (Brandenburg, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Francis Parker Wyverns (Louisville, KY), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Meade County advances its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Green Waves travel to Bethlehem (Bardstown, KY) to clash with the Eagles/Banshees in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 1. The Eagles/Banshees come into the match with a record of 4-0.
The Wyverns now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Pleasure Ridge Park for a non-league match on Monday, September 30.
