With the win, Del Norte improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Nighthawks host San Marcos (San Marcos, CA) to encounter the Knights in a battle on Thursday, October 3. The Knights go into the battle with a record of 16-4.
The Islanders now own a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mater Dei Catholic for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 1. Coronado will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Christian (El Cajon, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 7-4.
