September 28, 2024: Folsom, CA 95630 Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Vista del Lago Eagles (Folsom, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Rocklin improves its record to 13-7 on the season. The Thunder travel to Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA) to face the Miners in a non-league test on Saturday, September 28. The Miners go into the test with a record of 3-4. Nevada Union won 2-0 in their recent league test against Roseville (Roseville, CA)
The Eagles now own a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bella Vista for a test on Monday, September 30. Vista del Lago will face a Broncos squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 0-7.
