Ohio High School Soccer - Briggs toppled by Horizon Science Academy
September 28, 2024: Columbus, OH 43223 Horizon Science Academy Hawks (Columbus, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Briggs Bruins (Columbus, OH), 7-3 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Horizon Science Academy advances its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Delaware Christian (Delaware, OH) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, September 30. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-3. Delaware Christian lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Genoa Christian Academy (Westerville, OH)
The Bruins now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Lancaster for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1. Briggs will clash with a Golden Gales team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, OH). The Golden Gales record now stands at 2-10.
