Missouri High School Softball - McDonald County bounces Warrensburg
September 28, 2024: Anderson, MO 64831 The McDonald County Mustangs softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Warrensburg Tigers to 2 in the Mustangs non-league win on Saturday.
The Mustangs now sport a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Aurora for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 1. McDonald County will confront a Houn Dawgs team coming off a 15-5 league loss to Monett (Monett, MO). The Houn Dawgs record now stands at 2-17.
With the loss, Warrensburg moves to 8-12 on the season. The Tigers host Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, MO) to confront the Roosters/Chicks in a Class 3 District 14 battle on Tuesday, October 1. The Roosters/Chicks come into the battle with a record of 11-9. Pleasant Hill won 14-3 in their recent non-league battle against Wright City (Wright City, MO)
