September 28, 2024: Cass Lake, MN 56633 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Hancock Owls volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Cass Lake-Bena Panthers.
The Owls (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Bertha-Hewitt (Bertha, MN). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 6-9 record. In their last challenge, Bertha-Hewitt was beaten by Wadena-Deer Creek (Wadena, MN), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Panthers meet the Upsala Cardinals (Upsala, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Cass Lake-Bena will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Osakis (Osakis, MN).
