New Mexico High School Volleyball - San Carlos over Northwest
September 28, 2024: Shiprock, NM 87420 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the San Carlos Braves (San Carlos, AZ) and the host Northwest Falcons (Shiprock, NM), observed San Carlos's volleyball team top Northwest by a count of 3-1.
The Braves (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against St. Michael (St. Michaels, AZ). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, St. Michael notched a victory over Basis Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Falcons battle the Hozho Academy Wolves (Gallup, NM) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Northwest will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Wolves enter the contest with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Tse' Yi' Gai (Cuba, NM).
