Illinois High School Volleyball - Putnam County over Reed-Custer
September 28, 2024: Braidwood, IL 60408 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Putnam County Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Reed-Custer Comets.
The Panthers (9-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Tolono Unity (Tolono, IL). The Rockets come into the non-league challenge with a 12-8 record. In their last challenge, Tolono Unity beat St. Joseph-Ogden (St. Joseph, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Comets meet the Hall Red Devils (Spring Valley, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Reed-Custer will attempt to upgrade on its 2-18 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 2-0 league win over Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL).
