The Starpoint Spartans topped the visiting St. Francis Red Raiders volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Williamsville East for a Section 6 Erie County II test on Tuesday, October 11.

The Red Raiders (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Cardinal O'Hara (Tonawanda, NY). The Hawks enter the Monsignor Martin test with a 0-0 record.
