South Carolina High School Football - Travelers Rest knocked off by Broome
September 29, 2022: Travelers Rest, SC 29690 Broome Centurions (Spartanburg, SC) fans left the game content Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Travelers Rest Devildogs (Travelers Rest, SC), 30-21 in a league test.
With the triumph, Broome improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Centurions host Blue Ridge (Greer, SC) to confront the Fighting Tigers in a AAA Region 3 test on Friday, October 7. The Fighting Tigers come into the test with a record of 3-3. Blue Ridge won 53-21 in their recent non-league test against Landrum (Landrum, SC)
With the loss, Travelers Rest drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Devildogs travel to Carolina Academy (Greenville, SC) to confront the Trojans in a AAA Region 3 test on Friday, October 7. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 2-5. Carolina Academy lost 42-0 in their recent league test against Chapman (Inman, SC)
