September 29, 2022: Brownsburg, IN 46112 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Southwestern Spartans (Shelbyville, IN) and the host Bethesda Christian Patriots (Brownsburg, IN), saw Southwestern's soccer squad get by Bethesda Christian by a count of 3-2.
The Spartans now hold a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Indiana Math & Science Academy North for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 5. Southwestern will meet a Knights squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Tindley (Indianapolis, IN). The Knights record now stands at 3-9.
With the loss, Bethesda Christian drops to 8-6 on the season. The Patriots travel to North Putnam (Roachdale, IN) to meet the Cougars in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 5. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 11-4. North Putnam lost 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Cascade (Clayton, IN)
