Maine High School Football - Camden Hills gets by Gray-New Gloucester
September 29, 2023: Gray, ME 04039 The Camden Hills Windjammers football squad scored 29 points and restricted the host Gray-New Gloucester Patriots to 28 in the Windjammers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Windjammers (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Waterville (Waterville, ME). The Panthers come into the 8-Man Large North (8 Man) challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Waterville was tipped by Greely (Cumberland Center, ME), 28-26, in a non-league challenge.
The Patriots now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Region for a 8-Man Large South (8 Man) challenge on Friday, October 6. Gray-New Gloucester will meet a Lakers team coming off a 38-0 non-league loss to Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME). The Lakers record now stands at 0-5.
