The Corona Panthers football team (Corona, CA), was ripped 55-19 in Friday's league challenge with the host Temecula Valley Golden Bears (Temecula, CA)

The Golden Bears (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA). The Rams come into the Big West - Lower challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Murrieta Mesa trounced Santiago (Corona, CA), 34-21, in a league challenge.

The Panthers now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Great Oak for a Big West - Lower challenge on Thursday, October 5. Corona will meet a Wolfpack team coming off a 21-20 league win over King (Riverside, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 3-3.
