September 29, 2023: Metairie, LA 70006 The Crescent City Christian Pioneers football team (Metairie, LA), was ripped 44-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA)
The Jaguars (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA). The Falcons come into the 2A District 7 challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, St. Thomas Aquinas trounced Archbishop Hannan (Covington, LA), 60-39, in a non-league challenge.
The Pioneers now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cohen for a 1A District 10 challenge on Friday, October 6. Crescent City Christian will meet a Green Hornets team coming off a 26-0 non-league loss to Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Avondale, LA). The Green Hornets record now stands at 1-2.
