South Dakota High School Football - Custer beat Lead-Deadwood
September 29, 2023: Custer, SD 57730 The Custer Wildcats football squad scored 29 points and restricted the visiting Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers to 19 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Wildcats now possess a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hill City for a non-league battle on Friday, October 6. Custer will play a Rangers squad coming off a 37-0 league loss to Rapid City Christian (Rapid City, SD). The Rangers record now stands at 3-3.
Coming up next, the Golddiggers play the Woonsocket/Wessington Springs/Sanborn Central Blackhawks (Woonsocket, SD) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 6.
