September 29, 2023: Angie, LA 70426 The Varnado Wildcats football team (Angie, LA), was ripped 40-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Livingston Collegiate Academy Wolves (New Orleans, LA)
The Wolves (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Avondale, LA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy trounced Fisher (Lafitte, LA), 21-8, in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to West St. John for a 1A District 10 challenge on Friday, October 6. Varnado will meet a Rams team coming off a 49-0 non-league loss to Ascension Episcopal (Lafayette, LA). The Rams record now stands at 1-4.
