In Friday's league game, the Weeping Water Indians (Weeping Water, NE) football team knocked off the host Mead Raiders (Mead, NE), by a final score of 34-8.

The Indians (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE). The Knights come into the D1 District 1 (8 Man) game with a 6-0 record. In their last game, Elmwood-Murdock toppled Conestoga (Murray, NE), 50-19, in a league game.
