Maryland High School Football - Poly routed by Mergenthaler Vo-Tech
September 29, 2023: Baltimore, MD 21209 The Poly Engineers football team (Baltimore, MD), was ripped 42-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Mergenthaler Vo-Tech Mustangs (Baltimore, MD)
The Mustangs (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Forest Park (Baltimore, MD). The Foresters come into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Forest Park trounced Lewis (Baltimore, MD), 26-0, in a league challenge.
The Engineers now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edmondson-Westside for a Baltimore City I challenge on Friday, October 6. Poly will meet a Red Storm team coming off a 65-0 league loss to Dunbar (Baltimore, MD). The Red Storm record now stands at 0-7.
