September 29, 2023: Monticello, IL 61856 Monticello Sages (Monticello, IL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Rantoul Eagles (Rantoul, IL), 63-12 in a league test.
With the triumph, Monticello improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Sages travel to Paxton-Buckley-Loda (Paxton, IL) to battle the Panthers in a Illini Prairie test on Friday, October 6. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 4-2. Paxton-Buckley-Loda lost 32-0 in their recent league test against Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL)
