Pennsylvania High School Football - Solanco held off by Twin Valley

September 29, 2023: Elverson, PA 19520

In Friday's league game, the Twin Valley Raiders (Elverson, PA) football team tipped the visiting Solanco Golden Mules (Quarryville, PA), by a final score of 29-28.

The Raiders (6-0) will now prepare for their game against Garden Spot (New Holland, PA). The Spartans come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 3 game with a 6-0 record. In their last game, Garden Spot got by Ephrata (Ephrata, PA), 42-22, in a league game.

The Golden Mules now hold a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elizabethtown for a Lancaster-Lebanon 3 game on Friday, October 6. Solanco will battle a Bears team coming off a 22-16 league win over Daniel Boone (Birdsboro, PA). The Bears record now stands at 1-5.
