Texas High School Football - Union Hill smashes Weatherford Christian

September 29, 2023: Gilmer, TX 75644

The Union Hill Bulldogs (Gilmer, TX) football routed the visiting Weatherford Christian Lions (Weatherford, TX), 55-8 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Gold-Burg Bears (Bowie, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 5. Union Hill will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 78-53 non-league loss to Motley County (Matador, TX).

The Lions (2-4) will now prepare for their bout against Grace Classical Christian Academy (Granbury, TX). The Gryphons enter the TAIAO Division 3 - North (6 Man) bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Grace Classical Christian Academy was crushed by Johnson County Sports Association (Cleburne, TX), 41-38, in a league bout.
