September 29, 2023: Columbia, MD 21045 The Glenelg Gladiators (Glenelg, MD) football nudged the host Oakland Mills Scorpions (Columbia, MD), 15-8 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Gladiators face the Centennial Eagles (Ellicott City, MD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 6. Glenelg will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 28-0 non-league loss to Atholton (Columbia, MD).
The Scorpions (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Long Reach (Columbia, MD). The Lightning enter the non-league bout with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, Long Reach was nudged by River Hill (Clarksville, MD), 48-8, in a non-league bout.
