September 29, 2023: Villa Park, IL 60181 In Friday's non-league contest, the Proviso West Panthers (Hillside, IL) volleyball squad nudged the host Islamic Foundation Chargers (Villa Park, IL), by a margin of 2-1.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Glenbard North Panthers (Carol Stream, IL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 5. Proviso West will attempt to better on its 4-20 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 12-16 record after their 2-0 league loss to St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL).
With the loss, Islamic Foundation moves to 10-6 on the year. The Chargers host Aqsa (Bridgeview, IL) to battle the Legends in a Metro Prep contest on Monday, October 2. The Legends go into the contest with a record of 5-6. Aqsa won 2-0 in their recent league contest against College Prep of America (Lombard, IL)
