September 29, 2023: St. Louis, MO 63118 The Sumner Bulldogs topped the host Roosevelt Roughriders volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Confluence Prep Academy/Grand Center Arts Academy for a non-league test on Monday, October 2. Sumner will confront a team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Cardinal Ritter College Prep (St. Louis, MO). The record now stands at 2-1.
The Roughriders (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Gateway Tech (St. Louis, MO). The Jaguars enter the non-league test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Gateway Tech gained a win over Miller Career Academy (St. Louis, MO), 3-0, in a non-league test.
