September 29, 2024: New Castle, KY 40050 North Oldham Mustangs (Goshen, KY) followers went home pleased Sunday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Henry County Wildcats (New Castle, KY), 10-0 in a league battle.
With the win, North Oldham advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Mustangs host Franklin County (Frankfort, KY) to encounter the Flyers in a 4A District 4 battle on Friday, October 4. The Flyers go into the battle with a record of 5-0. Franklin County won 2-0 in their recent league battle against Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY)
The Wildcats now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Spencer County for a 4A District 4 battle on Friday, October 4. Henry County will encounter a Bears team coming off a 40-6 league loss to Franklin County (Frankfort, KY). The Bears record now stands at 3-3.
