New York High School Volleyball - Starpoint overwhelmed by Lancaster
September 29, 2025: Lancaster, NY 14086 The Lancaster Legends topped the visiting Starpoint Spartans volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Legends now have a 6-0 record. They play next when they host Frontier for a Section 6 Erie County I outing on Wednesday, October 1. Lancaster will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Westhampton Beach (Westhampton Beach, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Starpoint drops to 0-2 on the season. The Spartans travel to North Tonawanda (North Tonawanda, NY) to confront the Lumberjacks in a non-league game on Tuesday, October 7. The Lumberjacks go into the game with a record of 0-0.
