In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Champaign Central Maroons soccer squad scored a tight 8-2 victory over the Monticello Sages.

The Maroons (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against Centennial (Champaign, IL). The Chargers go into the Big Twelve outing with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Centennial Urbana (Urbana, IL), 0-0, in a league test.
