Southwest Georgia STEM Charter Aggies (Shellman, GA) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they observed their softball team notch a victory over the visiting Calhoun County Cougars (Edison, GA), 10-2 in a league match.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Early County Bobcats (Blakely, GA) in a 1A D-II Region 1 match, on Wednesday, October 1. Calhoun County will attempt to better on its 1-15 season record. The Bobcats go into the match with a 2-8 record after their 10-2 league loss to Pelham (Pelham, GA).
