Georgia High School Softball - Woodstock bounces Kennesaw Mountain
September 29, 2025: Woodstock, GA 30189 Woodstock Wolverines (Woodstock, GA) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs (Kennesaw, GA), 9-1 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Woodstock upgrades its record to 8-15 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Sprayberry (Marietta, GA) to confront the Yellow Jackets in a 5A Region 6 battle on Tuesday, September 30. The Yellow Jackets come into the battle with a record of 5-16. Sprayberry lost 8-6 in their recent league battle against Sequoyah (Canton, GA)
With the loss, Kennesaw Mountain moves to 5-14 on the season. The Mustangs travel to South Paulding (Douglasville, GA) to play the Spartans in a 5A Region 5 challenge on Tuesday, September 30. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 11-9. South Paulding won 16-1 in their recent league challenge against Rome (Rome, GA)
