September 29, 2025: Newport News, VA 23605 King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Heritage Hurricanes (Newport News, VA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, King's Fork improves its record to 3-5 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Heritage (Lynchburg, VA) to face the Pioneers in a non-league test on Monday, September 29. The Pioneers go into the test with a record of 1-10. Heritage lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Bath County (Hot Springs, VA)
Next, the Hurricanes play the Warwick Raiders (Newport News, VA) in a Peninsula challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Heritage will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Bethel (Hampton, VA).
