Georgia High School Volleyball - Lafayette Christian overwhelmed by Troup County
September 29, 2025: LaGrange, GA 30241 The Troup County Tigers topped the visiting Lafayette Christian Cougars volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Tigers now possess a 12-10 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Christian for a 3A Area 2 outing on Tuesday, September 30. Troup County will play a Lions team coming off a 2-1 league win over LaGrange (LaGrange, GA). The Lions record now stands at 20-8.
With the loss, Lafayette Christian falls to 10-6 on the year. The Cougars host Callaway (Hogansville, GA) to confront the Cavaliers in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 30. The Cavaliers enter the game with a record of 11-10. Callaway won 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Shaw (Columbus, GA)
