The Archbishop Hoban Knights football squad scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Iona Prep Gaels to 14 in the Knights non-league victory on Saturday.

The Knights now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Withrow for a non-league battle on Friday, September 9. Archbishop Hoban will play a Tigers squad coming off a 24-17 non-league loss to Badin (Hamilton, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 1-2.

Coming up next, the Gaels play the Cardinal Hayes Cardinals (Bronx, NY) in a Catholic AAA battle, on Friday, September 9. Iona Prep will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
