The Encina Prep Bulldogs (Sacramento, CA) football routed the visiting Mira Loma Matadors (Sacramento, CA), 50-14 in Saturday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Big Valley Christian Lions (Modesto, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 16. Encina Prep will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.

The Matadors (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Western Sierra Collegiate Academy (Rocklin, CA). The Wolves enter the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Western Sierra Collegiate Academy was crushed by Golden Sierra (Garden Valley, CA), 76-6, in a non-league bout.
