New Mexico High School Volleyball - Cuba tips Santa Fe Prep
September 3, 2022: Cuba, NM 87013 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Cuba Rams (Cuba, NM) and the visiting Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins (Santa Fe, NM), saw Cuba's volleyball squad nip Santa Fe Prep by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Cuba upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Rams travel to Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM) to play the Lobos in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 6. The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Escalante won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pecos (Pecos, NM)
The Blue Griffins now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cottonwood Classical Prep for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 6. Santa Fe Prep will play a Coyotes squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 3-1.
