The Green Valley Gators volleyball team (Henderson, NV), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV)

The Cougars (17-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ripon (Ripon, CA). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Ripon defeated Woodcreek (Roseville, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Gators encounter the Cosumnes Oaks Wolfpack (Elk Grove, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 3. Green Valley will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to University Prep (Redding, CA).
