Illinois High School Flag Football - Barrington crushed by Lyons
September 3, 2024: LaGrange, IL 60525 Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their flag football team triumph over the visiting Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL), 40-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Lyons improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Lions host Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL) to play the Patriots in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 7. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 3-2. Stevenson lost 28-6 in their recent non-league battle against Taft (Chicago, IL)
The Fillies/Broncos now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Rolling Meadows for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 5. Barrington will play a Mustangs team coming off a 26-6 non-league loss to Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-1.
