Norwalk Lancers (Norwalk, CA) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Whittier Cardinals (Whittier, CA), 24-12 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Norwalk improves its record to 4-4 on the season. The Lancers travel to George Washington Prep (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Generals in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 7. The Generals go into the battle with a record of 1-0. George Washington Prep won 13-6 in their recent non-league battle against South Gate (South Gate, CA)

The Cardinals now have a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Artesia for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 4. Whittier will play a Pioneers team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Bellflower (Bellflower, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-3.
