With the triumph, Cape Fear Christian Academy moves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Bradford Academy (Mebane, NC) to meet the Archers in a NCISAA Mid-Carolina match on Friday, September 6. The Archers come into the match with a record of 0-3.
The Spartans now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Harrells Christian Academy for a NCISAA Carolina Independent 2A/1A match on Thursday, September 5. Kerr-Vance Academy will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 5-2 league win over Oakwood (Greenville, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-4.
