Georgia High School Softball - Swainsboro bounces Tattnall County
September 3, 2024: Reidsville, GA 30453 In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Swainsboro Tigers softball team scored a tight 8-1 victory over the Tattnall County Warriors.
The Tigers (6-6) will now prepare for their match against Toombs County (Lyons, GA). The Bulldogs go into the 1A D-I Region 3 match with a 9-2 record. In their last match, Toombs County tipped Savannah Christian (Savannah, GA), 8-6, in a league match.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Cook Hornets (Adel, GA) in a 2A Region 3 match, on Wednesday, September 4. Tattnall County will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Hornets go into the match with a 11-1 record after their 14-1 non-league win over Seminole County (Donalsonville, GA).
