September 3, 2024: Reinbeck, IA 50669 Williamsburg Raiders (Williamsburg, IA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels (Reinbeck, IA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Williamsburg improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Raiders travel to Linn-Mar (Marion, IA) to face the Lions in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Lions go into the test with a record of 2-4. Linn-Mar lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Dubuque Senior (Dubuque, IA)
The Rebels now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to AGWSR for a test on Tuesday, September 3. Gladbrook-Reinbeck will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over South Tama County (Tama, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-2.
