September 3, 2025: North Richland Hills, TX 76180 The Grapevine Mustangs walloped the host Birdville Hawks football squad by a margin of 41-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Everman for a test on Thursday, September 11. Grapevine will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 34-0 non-league loss to Stephenville (Stephenville, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Birdville falls to 0-2 on the year. The Hawks host Aledo (Aledo, TX) to face the Bearcats in a non-league game on Thursday, September 18. The Bearcats enter the game with a record of 1-0.
