September 3, 2025: Mt. Prospect, IL 60056 The Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) soccer nipped the visiting Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL), 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Knights now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Glenbrook South for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 4. Prospect will battle a Titans team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over South Elgin (South Elgin, IL). The Titans record now stands at 1-0.
The Mustangs (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Fremd was nipped by Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL), 8-0, in a non-league contest.
