September 3, 2025: Concord, NC 28027 West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, West Cabarrus moves its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC) to clash with the Wonders in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. The Wonders come into the test with a record of 5-1. A.L. Brown 3-3 in their recent non-league test against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC)
The Raiders now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Alexander Central for a non-league test on Monday, September 8. North Iredell will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Hibriten (Lenoir, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 0-6.
