September 3, 2025: Lewistown, OH 43333 The Indian Lake Lakers soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Shawnee Braves to 0 in the Lakers league victory on Wednesday.
The Lakers now hold a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to New Knoxville for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6. Indian Lake will encounter a Rangers squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Botkins (Botkins, OH). The Rangers record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Shawnee moves to 0-4 on the year. The Braves host Urbana (Urbana, OH) to face the Hillclimbers in a non-league contest on Monday, September 8.
