September 3, 2025: Ashley, MI 48806 Ashley Bears (Ashley, MI) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Merrill Vandals (Merrill, MI), 3-1 in a league test.
With the win, Ashley advances its record to 3-3 on the season. The Bears travel to Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MI) to face the Huskies in a Mid-State challenge on Saturday, September 6. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Breckenridge won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Vestaburg (Vestaburg, MI)
Next, the Vandals play the Calvary Baptist Academy Kings (Midland, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Merrill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
