September 3, 2025: Alameda, CA 94501 Encinal Jets (Alameda, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Oakland Wildcats (Oakland, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Encinal improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Jets host Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA) to face the Spartans in a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 3-0. Pinole Valley won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Alhambra (Martinez, CA)
Next, the Wildcats meet the Marin Academy Wildcats (San Rafael, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Oakland will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 5-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Justin-Siena (Napa, CA).
