Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Milford Scarlet Hawks (Milford, MA) and the visiting North Attleborough Rocketeers (North Attleborough, MA), observed Milford's volleyball team top North Attleborough by a count of 3-1.

With the win, Milford improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Scarlet Hawks host Sharon (Sharon, MA) to encounter the Eagles in a Hockomock battle on Friday, September 5. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Sharon won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Stoughton (Stoughton, MA)

The Rocketeers now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stoughton for a Hockomock battle on Thursday, September 4. North Attleborough will encounter a Black Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Sharon (Sharon, MA). The Black Knights record now stands at 0-1.
